Scope
These terms apply to purchases made through loomoza.com by customers in the European Union unless a mandatory consumer law gives you additional rights.
Orders
An order is placed when you submit checkout details and complete payment. We may reject or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, payment fails or the order appears fraudulent.
Prices
Prices are shown in euros. Delivery costs are shown before payment. We may correct obvious pricing errors before accepting an order.
Payment
Card payments are processed securely by our payment provider. We do not store full card details on Loomoza servers.
Delivery
Orders are delivered according to the Shipping page. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed, but we will inform customers about material delays where possible.
Right of withdrawal
EU consumers generally have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from an online purchase. Returned goods must be unused, unwashed and in original packaging unless the law says otherwise.
Returns and refunds
Please follow the Returns page for return instructions. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned goods.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights. Loomoza is not responsible for indirect losses unless required by applicable law.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by the laws of Latvia, without limiting mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
