Not in love with your order? Here is what to do.
You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to request a return, in line with EU consumer law.
Items must be unused, unwashed and in their original packaging, with all tags attached. We cannot accept items that have been used or laundered.
1. Email info@loomoza.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. 2. We will reply with a return address and instructions. 3. Ship the item back, well-packaged. Return shipping is paid by the buyer unless the item arrived faulty. 4. Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund is issued within 14 days to the original payment method.
If your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a free return and either replace the item or refund you in full.
For hygiene reasons, bathrobes that have been worn or washed cannot be returned. Personalised or custom items are also final sale.
